Reimage Boot CD Update

We recently had a question posted on this blog inquiring on what became of the Reimage boot CD. We did used to have a Reimage boot CD, quite  a while ago. But, since it was not a Reimage certified product, there were reliability and compatibility problems with Windows 7. So we decided to discontinue it.

We will start developing our in-house tool soon and make it available once again.

Is it possible to format my computer without the Windows Installation CD?

When I purchased my PC, Windows was already installed. Now, 4 years later I need to format my hard drive due to many viruses but I don’t have the Windows CD. Is it possible to do it without the CD?

I see this question a lot in computer help forums and Q&A type sites. This is an excellent example of how Reimage can help you reformat your PC without using a Windows installation disc.

The Reimage repair replaces system files automatically. It’s like a clean Windows installation in one hour, without losing any programs, settings or any of your personal user data.

These days money unnecessarily spent hurts more than ever, and the important files that we keep stored on our computers are sometimes irreplaceable. Maintenance can help you achieve the best performance out of your PC without making a costly trip to your local repair shop to help you fix a problem you could have prevented yourself.
