With all the compatability problems I encounter with the last TWO releases, and the inability to work with so many programs I use online, I will NOT download IE9 until I absolutely have no other choice!
I now rely on Reimage rectification whenever a Windows (XP) problem occurs. I also run Avast and Registry Mechanic plus Super Anti-Spyware.

I think Reimage is terrific. The best buy I ever made. I advised my friend, William Moncur (william.moncur@talktalk.net) to buy and he bought 3. He had a huge amount of updates from Microsoft to do after he did his initial clean with Reimage. I was under the impression that you installed the latest copies of files you had to replace?
He was delighted about the way his computer worked after he used Reimage. Unfortunately he forgot to security protect his router and now has a lot of malware, trojans etc.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your question.
Reimage finalizes a repair by building a fresh operating system in good physical shape. This repaired OS may not necessarily be up to date with MS latest updates. That’s why after reboot you will frequently be asked to download some updates to bring you up to date with the latest MS recommendations. It is OK to reject these updates, but it is always recommended install them.
If I use erimage to fix my pc it would be easier or more effeciency to downlaod , i love music

I”ve had a particular hard time trying to get Framework 4 installed and I still get errors because of it. I, too, was under the impression that you installed the latest copies of files when you rebuild the fresh operating system..Oft times I have a hard time trying to download updates and I was depending on your fresh install. It’s disheartening to finally get a Windows or Microsoft update installed only to find out that I have to do the update all over again. Perhaps you can indicate the date of YOUR latest update when we do our repair.

After a Reimage Repair there shouldn’t be a problem installing .Net Framework 4.
We try to update the repository as much as possible but we cannot always keep up with the latest updates.
We are now working on updating the older configuration with the latest updates and an announcement should be out soon..

People should never use ie… i use safari and chrome.
i don’t check for feedbacks before doing updates. it would take me too much time. i trust the beta testers… hehe. (sometimes i test beta versions too)
all that i know is without your program i would be up a creak with out apadle and that is not good.ive tried may be around 20 differnt prgrams that clam to do what this one dose well let tell you they dont even stand upto half of yours this by far the best program that ihave used that clams to fixyour computer and that you do and dose not take all day. thank you keeping your word you dont try to force things on us that we dont need
